Remember that adequate hydration is essential to sustaining optimal health and absolute wellness in your body mind and spirit.

It’s a fact that by the time that you feel thirsty and reach for that glass of water, your body is already dehydrated.


The average human body is made up of 75% water, implying that we need to replenish our water intake almost hourly.

Many of us believe that merely drinking fluids like sweetened juices, soda or tea will hydrate you as well as water does.  The chemical structure of H2O is changed when consumed with other elements, flavours or chemicals including Caffeine, Sugar and Sweeteners.  The best way to consume water is as natural as possible so that the pH balance of your body is neutralized.


This is not true. It’s actually the opposite! To deal with the excess sugar and salt you are taking in your body wastes immense amounts of precious water just to clean it out from your system. And if you love your coffee, make sure to drink one extra glass of water for every cup you have.
